On this episode Sister Francis and Sister Hilda come to Poplar and join Nonatus House. The clinic a patient expecting multiple births, and Lucille's patient has a sister who is unhappily pregnant. Fred burns the old hospital bags, much to Sister Monica Joan's distress, and the Queen is expecting a baby (it's Prince Edward).
